Returns & Exchanges
If you have a problem with any product you have purchased from ASLE.TV please contact support within 14 days from your receipt date. Before returning any item you must first contact support for a return merchandise authorization number. Exchanges are available for damaged or defective products, and for order which we have made an error.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
ASLE.TV shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. ASLE.TV shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ASLE.TV shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
